International Day of Mother Earth

“I call on to that people of the world lift his voice and speak in name of this planet, our only home. Let’s take care of Mother Earth, in order that the Earth could continue taking care of us since it there has done during milleniums” General Secretary of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon.

On April 22 was proclaimed as International Day of Mother Earth, which supposes the recognition of the importance of the Earth and his ecosystems as sustenance for the live and our survival along our existence. Also supposes recognizing the responsability that corresponds to us, the need to be in harmony with the nature and the Earth in order to reach a just balance between economic, social and environmental needs.

Admitting that the Mother Earth reflects the interdependence that exists between human beings, other alive species and the planet that we live, from Chatarras Hernández we would like to emphasize the need to help to improve the treatment that we offer to the planet and his resources, in order to guarantee a full life to the future generations and the rest of species.
